Gillian has worked in the Share Plans industry for over 13 years both inhouse and as a provider. She also has experience working in a FTSE 100 PLC company, in the Company Secretariat office, which also covered All-Employee Share Plans and Executive Reward from start to end. She has a wealth of experience in managing vesting of awards, grants, reporting obligations through industry regulators.

Gillian has the qualification of the Corporate Governance Institute’s (formerly ICSA) Certificate in Employee Share Plans.
